Every VOURA frame is covered by a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame, hinges and lenses, from the date of delivery.
It doesn't cover accidental damage, scratched lenses, normal wear, or loss and theft.
If something goes wrong, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it, or refund you if it's out of stock.
This warranty sits alongside your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Australian Consumer Law, and does not limit them.
